These terms apply when you use Sniffies Gay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide an email address you control, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the account for your own use. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Fictional AI companions

Companions are fictional AI characters, not real people. Replies and images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. They are not professional advice, emergency services, or a substitute for human care. Do not treat generated content as a real person’s identity, endorsement, or statement.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not use it to exploit or endanger anyone, sexualize or involve minors, create sexually explicit content or sexual roleplay, harass or threaten people, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, deceive others, evade safeguards, attack the service, or access another user’s information.

Your content

You remain responsible for messages, reports, and other material you submit. You allow the service and its providers to store and process that material only as needed to provide requested features, maintain safety, and provide support, including sending relevant prompts to Google Gemini for AI generation. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share.

Service availability and restrictions

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. We may suspend or close accounts when needed to address misuse, safety concerns, legal obligations, or service security. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and legal rights

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no promise that AI output will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
