How to report unsafe content

We provide in-app reporting and may restrict content or accounts that violate our safety rules.

What you can report

You can report a companion profile, AI reply, or generated image from its in-app report control. Reports include the content identifier and type, selected reason, optional explanation, and timestamp.

How we respond

Reports are stored for review by the service operator. We may investigate, remove or restrict content, or suspend an account to address safety concerns, abuse, or legal requirements. We cannot promise a particular outcome or response time. Follow up at snaisupport@gmail.com.

Content rules

Sexual content, nudity, sexual roleplay, exploitation of minors, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, and illegal or harmful material are prohibited. See our community guidelines and AI safety policy.

Appeals

If you believe an account or content restriction was applied in error, email support with the account email, relevant content or decision, and a brief explanation. Do not send your password.
