Delete your account
You can start account deletion from the app. The request removes your account from the active service and cannot be undone.
Effective date: October 3, 2026
In the app
- Sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Open your profile or settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
What the request removes
The request removes the Firebase Authentication account, profile, conversations and messages, generated image records, reports you submitted, and associated user image files from the active project. If an account file cannot be removed because of a service error, contact support so the request can be resolved. Provider backups or security logs may remain temporarily.
If you cannot sign in
Email snaisupport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Ask for account deletion. Do not include your password. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account.
