Request removal of your data

This page explains how to remove information associated with your Sniffies Gay account.

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Delete data in the app

Sign in, open your profile or settings, select Delete account, and confirm. Account deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, profile, conversations and messages, generated image records, reports you submitted, and associated user image files from the active project.

Request help by email

If you cannot access the app, email snaisupport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Ask for your account and associated data to be deleted. Do not send your password. We may request reasonable verification that you control the account.

What may remain temporarily

Google service backups or operational security logs may persist for limited periods under provider practices. Daily usage records have a 90-day expiration timestamp and are removed automatically only if the Firestore time-to-live policy is enabled. Expiration deletion may take additional time.
